      Pros

      New Leadership is focused on new strategy and culture and making adjustments. Corporate office is state of the art. Conference rooms have great technology. CompuCom is a part of Office Depot. Lots of great people work at CompuCom. CompuCom Cares Day - opportunity to volunteer during work hours.

      Cons

      Benefits are ok. Will switch to Office Depot benefits in the future.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
