      Above average workers wont want to stay very long There is no corporate identity Little focus on quality and continuous improvement

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
