Can't afford salary Increases at the rate of Cost of Living - Technician CompuCom Employee Review

- No raises .... ever - No recognition .... ever - No communication from management.....ever (unless you screw up, or perceived to have screwed up, then they will call you as if your house is on fire.) - Mediocre benefits for a company of this size and (supposed) status. (I've worked at companies not even 50% Compcom's size and it was more than fair. - Long time employees are getting tired of hearing the reasons for not getting a raise is "We don't have the money." Oh, nice new office space you have there, just after you got done renovating the old nasty one.
