No raises of any type were given to employees during my several years with the Company. I moved into a position with more responsibility and there was still no pay increase. Management actively tried to prevent employees from getting hired by the companies they were contracted to work for by enforcing non-compete agreements. There is a toxic culture between the upper management and employees. It's made clear by upper management that everyone is replaceable.
