      Free training, hours may be flexible, interesting assignments, good entry-level company

      Low pay, no bonuses, no career, horrible management, no stability, they can let you go at anytime.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Cons

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
