      They will never be short on work for you. Opportunities to obtain IT certs.

      You will need a a letter on papyrus, notarized by God for them to think about giving you a raise.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
