      Pay Well below state average. No room to advance and zero OT people with five years in the field will still get a starting pay at $17 a hour with no pay increase when brought on full time.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
