      No promotions ever, they hire over you rather then cultivate you. Much lower pay then industry average.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises
