No clear direction from executives. They had no issues with the many contractual violations that were occurring towards our customers. What we were contracted to do and we actually did were two different things. The healthcare and other benefits were horrible and continued to get worse. I stayed longer that I should because of the false promises that never came through. Employee retention is pathetic.
