      Pros

      - Some small extra perks like free coffee, free parking

      Cons

      - Some development teams like 6500 BGP, Segment Routing and MPLS has very bad work life Balance. Normally in these teams, people are asked to work 12 to 16 hours per day. Stay away from these teams if work life balance is important for you. - Other teams seems to be okay - In above mentioned teams, some managers will try to own your life , you can be called for work at any minute of 24 hours it can be midnight , weekend etc.

      Great benefits, remote life is great, flexible PTO is always a plus.

      Cons

      Publicly traded companies are just going to do what they do. If you can make one marketer pretend to accomplish the work of five, that’s good enough for shareholders.
