None. The best day of my short tenure was my last day. Turnover is high and laughable. Instead of addressing the problem, they blame those who left.
Cons
No work life balance. Expect to work days, evenings and weekends. Poor company culture that fosters little change. Big company operating as a small company. Back of the house is run on spreadsheets. Culture does not foster diversity of people or diversity of thought. Pressure to conform is high or you will get bullied. Company cares more about Glassdoor reviews and ratings than actually treating their employees with respect. Penny pinching culture and quick to blame others to avoid being cut.
