      Pros

      Steady employment, fair compensation, most people are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Managers and leads are very condescending and try to lead by intimidation, Not open to any input at all from outside of the “bubble”. Very unorganized and inefficient polices and procedures with no symmetry at all between and within departments. People just do whatever they want with no accountability.

      Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I also felt that the pay was very good considering this was my first internship.

      Cons

      Since it is a refinery, the location is terrible. They didn't have return opportunities either.
