Upper management is very static. Systematically the organization struggles to to meet corporate demands while contributing more then it’s fair share.

- Great teams and sincere hardworkers

- too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas
- HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
