    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Celestica (Toronto, ON) in December 2019.

    Interview

Behavioural questions, very repetitive, phrased differently each time. Would notice panel not paying attention. Friendly, but disorganized. There was a 30 minute phone interview before in person interview. Was not contacted after in person interview. The interview was mostly personality based. I.e time management and discipline, why you were interested in this position, past experiences.
