    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Celestica full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

If you operate best in a 'sink or swim' workplace culture this place is for you. Colleagues on same org level as you want to help in any way they can.

    Cons

Many: poor pay, poor yearly pay increases, poor leadership, constant pressure and looming threat of layoffs (even before covid), customer is always right even when they're asking for the impossible and leadership scrambles to make it happen at the expense of lower org level employees sanity., no one supports lower level employees. No room for advancement. Preferential treatment everywhere. Serious morale issue on floor, stemming from job insecurity and lack of support. No money ever spent on improvements, only on things that stop production altogether and need money to fix.
