In recent past good focus is on skill development by initiating various upskilling programs, technical as well as managerial as well as soft skills. Some of the recent changes in People Policy like Flexi working, Dress code policy are good changes. Taking employee's regular monthly feedback through PULSE survey is good.
Cons
Job Security is always a fear. Still ONE TEAM approach is missing between onsite-offshore teams on the ground. Too many organizations within organization, Complex Organization Structure and practically difficult to navigate across departments.
