- Reasonably flat structure with access to senior management - Some ability to move between clients; more flexibility within clients - Competitive salary / bonus
Cons
- No technical stream for career progression - you need to manage a profit line - Cliques everywhere - A lot of people desperately climbing the greasy pole and the performance review framework is dire (but you can make it work for you if you want to)
