From your review I assume that you have left the company which is a real shame. As the testimonies on this site and elsewhere confirm, Capco is a great place to work with an inclusive culture that sets us apart from other firms, and is one of the reasons why so many of our employees choose to build their career at Capco.
Most staff specifically refer to the high quality of our client base, which includes several major companies from across the finance sector. Others reference the challenging nature of the work on market leading projects in internet banking, robotics and digital consulting. Almost everyone mentions the market leading pay in the firm and our commitment to competitive reward. Many indicate that conversations with managers and resourcing specialists have resulted into successful redeployment to projects more aligned to their skills and capabilities. No-one refers to being asked to write false positive reviews about the firm and, on the rare occasions, that anyone refers to bullying, they are reminded that Capco does not tolerate bullying in any form. We have clear policies and procedures in place to encourage reporting any problems, as well as a strong commitment to swift and effective remedial action.
You’ve described that you felt there was no gratification for your work, but we would strongly encourage and support anyone who is not having the best experience working in the firm, or who feels we are not upholding any of our promises, to raise it with managers and HR, so that we can at least understand the issues and try put them right. There is nothing we can do if we are unaware that someone is unhappy and, thankfully this is a rare occurrence in the firm. If we are aware, however, I can reassure you and others that we will welcome the feedback and look to put things right.
