Pros

Only Pros I see is they providing a fruit daily to all employees. Other than that whatever Pros use to exist one or two year backs are all gone because of Greedy higher Management, who takes money from Capco Global for employee benefit , and use it for their own benefit. Only people who have grown are the one sitting at Highest level in India.

Cons

In last few year, I have seen Capco erasing all its Pros and turning them into Cons. Here are few of them which must be considered : 1. Hardly any good Project , believe me , if you want to join here for learning and growth, strictly avoid. 2. No Job security, Hire and Fire, that's not there fault , its fault of there competitor who are stealing all the projects from there Jaws :-) because of inefficient management in India. 3. Use to be a best pay master, but now Salary hikes are even lower than service based firm. Simple attitude, this is only we can give , if you are not happy , you can leave. 4. Greedy higher management, they take everything from Capco Global for employee sake but use it for their own benefit. 5. More of a family business in India with some senior manager more interested in Hiring and deploying there own Pawns. Rivalry among senior management resulting in Loosing out on many new opportunities. 6.a Shattered Learning and Development Team, so forget about building up on your skills and resume. 7. Slowly and Gradually all employee welfare schemes are taken out of Policy on the name of Cost cutting. So forget everything whatever you have heard or read about Capco India 2 years ago. There are many others, I am still here to complete my Five Years so that I could get my Gratuity amount. But God save those who have just joined.

Pros

Varied client work — Different clients and project types, which keeps things interesting. Real project mobility — You can move between projects when you advocate for yourself (within reason). Approachable leadership — Senior leaders are open to conversations if you reach out. Good development resources — Plenty of training and growth opportunities if you take advantage of them. Strong teams — Colleagues are smart, capable, and great to work with. Entrepreneurial environment — New ideas are encouraged, and there’s room to take initiative.

Cons

Long hours vary by project — Like most any professional job, some engagements require extended hours for prolonged periods, but work–life balance really depends on the client and team. Additional internal responsibilities — Depending on level, there can be a significant amount of firm‑support work outside of client delivery. Domain alignment not guaranteed — You may not always be staffed on projects that match your domain expertise. Coaching alignment constraints — Coaching relationships are tied to domain, which limits flexibility in choosing formal mentors. Long engagements (sometimes) — Some projects run for long durations or through multiple extensions. It can provides stability but may reduce variety in client and project experience depending on what you’re looking for.
