      Pros

      Telecommuting; good people, but not much else to benefit and support employees.

      Cons

      No raises, mediocre benefits, high fees on 401(k), lack of training, high stress, no career path, mandatory vacation, old hardware, have even had to buy some of my own software, internal "Help Desk" is really bad, uninspired and occasionally abusive middle mgmt work/life balance is very poor. Bottom line: DON'T WORK HERE

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
