Pros

RSU's are very great every quarter, but takes 4 years to fully vest.

Cons

High workload Always looking over your shoulder to know when the next "Reduction in Force" is going to happen, and it will eventually. Most employees have a bad attitude and only stay due to the high $ value of RSU's. No opportunity for job growth. No raises in Salary, but management will increase your RSU's, but keep in mind these take 4 years to fully vest and once a reduction in force happens you will lose all that are not vested, you are rolling the dice and hoping you are not next. They do not value the customers at the management level only how much they can make from them. Any product bugs will not get worked on quickly due to limited resources in engineering so it can take months to correct a reported issue. Bad QA process of new releases of software, last major release had over 500 bugs in it when released.
