The benefit package is on par with what is being offered by most high tech companies. It is decent but not exceptional.

Typical package, not excellent or worse than others.

Very standard - Health and Dental, retirement plan, Worst - unlimited vacation for US employees. You don’t feel entitled to take time off.

Stock benefits and bonuses are very good. The worst thing is lack of office and travel perks. Medical and other benefits are average.

Good dental/massage benefits. Vacation: For US employees, it's unlimited vacation... If your manager approves. For Canadian employees, you start at 3 weeks/year, but only begin accruing 1 extra day at your 5th year of service, up to 4 weeks/year (at year 10).

For interns, there are paid holidays, free gym and discounted food at the Richmond BC Canada Office. However, as expected for interns, there are no other benefit packages.

Stock-based compensation means you have a stake in the overall company.
