Strong chain of command in leadership, negotiation power against customers, RSU, and stock price very good
Cons
Culture is terrible. Things change every 2 months, zero customer care and imposition of terms and conditions absolutely outrageous to propose to a customer—no commercial flexibility. Structural issues damage relationships with customers and partners, but it's fine to blame sales. Insanely high targets. Systems bugging, technical errors and ZERO employee tech support ( opening a support ticket is absolutely useless). No career progression. Toxic culture
