Pros
Stock was soaring, hit a split and has crashed since. But still a good dividend generator. Anyone who works here is incentivised with RSUs and not necessarily top salary.
Cons
No innovation, just aquisition. Ruthless cost cutting may help the business but not necessarily their customers. Basically laying off whole groups in the US and pushing maintenance to India is not a great long term play.
