      Ex VMw, This pleace is even more cold-hearted than I expected. Heard a few snippets from top level meetings where the F-word and a completely $ focused approach was taken with no Fs given for the people it affects.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
