      Pros

      May be at some point bc will sell vmw to non-capitalistic people.

      Cons

      Cut a lot of products, no R&D only support, no WFH, no visa. Internal competition between teams on the same product which leads to product degradation.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
