      No pros to share regarding Broadcom.

      Cons

      Were lied to several times by several members of leadership regarding layoffs and promised bonuses. Broadcom made several changes to licensing structure after making promises not to and by doing so drove many customers and partners away.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
