      Pros

      One of the best tech companies to work for. Very friendly and helpful mentors. Had hackathons,seminars. Was a very good learning experience

      Cons

      There were no downsides. But I was not able to meet my manager regularly as he was very busy

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
