A few employees, particularly Electrical Engineering managers and directors, are happy because they have a good pay package and vacation allocation.
Cons
All other employees such as mid level electrical engineers, software managers, analysts, IT department staff, and operations staff are paid under their market rate. There is discrimination between teams. If your team works on product or module that is important to the company then the people in this team get better treatment from the management - easier purchase approvals, more vacation days, and higher pay. One senior sales person actually got excused for installing adult content software on his computer ! Teams that work daily to support these teams such as operations and other engineering staff get the opposite treatment. Not a safe place to work for.
