Pros
Has a very good health insurance and retirement plan. The work environment is very nice the management pays a lot of attention to improve company's culture.
Cons
Some groups are understaffed relative to their workload. This generally impacts the quality in long run. Also, there is not much focus on improving the tools which increase the performance of the employees.
