Pros
- good work environment - flexible work hours - on-site Gym - Stable job and company doing great - Good health insurance benefits
Cons
- Poor 401K matching - Zero vacation (advertised as unlimited vacation), no time bank accrual. Obviously no cash out option either. - Cannot take more than 2 weeks off at a time. Information not shared by hiring manage or HR during interview process. Absolutely a big no for someone like me who travel back home to Asia. - Avoid getting job in Ops, treated as foster child. Mind-set in company, "BU bring revenue, OPS is cost overhead". - Product Engineering role is technically a Program Manager role.
