Pros
1. Technology leader 2. Pioneers in broadband access,infrastructure and networking domains. 3. Flexibility to move around in different domains and teams. 4. Compensation at par with the competition. 5. Good work life balance.
Cons
1. Many of the well established teams are more laid back. 2. For a relatively fresh engineer it may get mundane if one is not motivated as the intent is quicker time to market. 3. A lot hierarchy and grades within the organization. A change in grade doesn't warrant any change in the sort of work you would be given.
