      Pros

      Was put to work often. Given different tasks without must supervision. Not many meetings I was required to attend so I was able to work on my tasks.

      Cons

      Was not able to see progress/results easily.

      Pros

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
