      Wide diversity in products, many interesting costumers

      Cons

      Their work life ballance policy is poor, their treatment of employees are poor, too profit oriented with no respect for the individual and if they shut down an office, as they did here in CPH, their treatment of resigned personell is extremely bad...

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
