Pros
The calibre of engineers is high. You can work with and learn from some good people. The work is interesting and sometimes demanding. Opportunities for promotion and growing responsibility exist, but can be limited in some teams. High performance is well rewarded. The office environment is friendly, casual and flexible.
Cons
No formal graduate training plan. Limited training or support if you can't match the capabilities of existing staff - depending on your manager it can be a sink or swim workspace. HR policies are inflexible.
