      engineering staff is very knowledgeable, access to latest design tools, frequent MPWs

      Cons

      Executive management lags vision, just follows the market Company does not learn from previous mistakes Company is following top-down management approach, and does not listen to feedback from the engineering community

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
