      Its in the Silicon Valley. Everyone working here is very nice and understands each other very well.

      The cafeteria is bad. Not that great when it comes to the food served.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
