Pros
Work on Hi tech stuff thats has no value or very less value in market. The companies that do this kind of work are also more or less the same. Example inphi macom lumentum etc. Stocks is only the thing you can back up on.
Cons
Poor Management , poor base compensation, no work life balance , everyone wants to be Manager here so he doesn’t work.
