Cons
It’s not a company for people it is a fund to keep the share holders happy. Hire new inexperienced staff with no background of the role and fire experienced staff, rather than giving them opportunity to move to different role. If someone thinks, it is a big company and there will be lot of opportunity- Opportunity is a MYTH in this organization with present Managers & Management.
