good Restricted Stock Uunits program and employee stock perchase plan people are generally pretty experienced and helpful free drinks, ok salary and benefits
Cons
Long hours - pretty much worked at least 1 day during weekend Manager are biased and many times unfair giving favors and benefits to buddies to former employees
