Pros

International environment, cantine, diversity, friendly people, location of the offices.

Cons

Personal development plan looks pretty on a paper, but in reality it's something unrealistic, because there is simply no time for it. It's so busy on the floor, code red is endless throughout the year. There are too many changes in the system, procedures and almost no time to read everything through. The schedule for agents is a true hell. You can not go for a break or lunch whenever you want, you must follow the schedule, you must use the right code for whatever you do or don't do. There is so little trust in employees that it suffocates you (for example if you use a different code for your activity, a monitoring team leader will call to check on you. They make the rules and procedures more tough every year, so it's more difficult to reach the targets. There are too few possibilities for career growth within customer service department, so you either have to change the department or look for something outside of the company.
