I have been working at Booking.com full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fruit is free, they pay 50% of healthy meals and 20% of everything else. Catering once a month and pizza randomly ordered. (It seems like they provide food every other day). Free Starbucks coffee, 117 pto hours every 3 months. Casual wear every day. (T-shirt and jeans if you want. Management is all amazing, open door policy, pay is good, benefits are amazing, you get $240 a year to spent on anything you want that is health/ fitness related (Apple watch if you want, gym membership, equipment, etc. They send people to Amsterdam every year. They close down Seaworld and party one a year.

    Cons

Nothing. If I really had to pick one thing it would be getting paid bi-weekly instead of weekly, but that’s really if I had to choose one thing.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the amazing work! I have no complaints.

I have been working at Booking.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great office energy, everyone always very positive. Open doors policy, free fruits all day long, massage chairs, great office design, people.

    Cons

The one thing we should pay more attention at is on favouritism within the office. It would be nice to see more managers sharing all information instead of giving you bits and pieces at a time. It would be nice to see a change on the management style in the office im in.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in people and have a bigger presence in your CS offices, less about what people say and more about results they bring it to you.

    I worked at Booking.com full-time

    Pros

    - Catered lunches a few times a month
    - Monthly social event
    - Lots of travel (a pro if you enjoy this)
    - Quarterly bonus
    - Good company to have on resume

    Cons

    - No room for growth (You will never move up from the role you were hired for)
    - Unprofessional management (Late for meetings, lack of good advice/no support or proper mentor ship/management skills)
    - Unrealistic targets
    - High turnover
    - No job security

    Advice to Management

Please stop posting fake positive reviews. There are a lot of positive aspects about the company but certain offices are not managed properly. This really affects the image of the brand. Senior Managers need to be properly selected and trained - this is not the case. The amount of gossiping among senior staff is embarrassing and completely unprofessional. Senior Managers like to speak in their mother tongue (not English) when they are gossiping so that they are not understood. This is blatantly obvious and unacceptable.
