‘Very good numbers of PTOs but the job sometimes is so stressful that you use all your PTOs just to have some extra days off ’
The benefit package in Canada is really good, we have fitness program, benefits for stay in accommodations, quarterly bonus, health insurance, paid vacation.
The standard package offered by both large online booking companies
Vision, dental, extended health care, fitness, RRSP match, quarter bonus, transportation benefit
PTO starts at roughly 4 weeks. Dental/Other benefits are decent. 50% matching RRSP up to 3%
Only 90% prescriptions coverage. Until you spend $500 on scripts (meaning covering the 10% difference) with a calendar year then it would cover 100%
Simple! is not for everyone. High stress depending on the line you are hire for and the management varies. I was lucky to have a great management but most of my colleagues were not. Is a good paying ( for the kind of job) job and the benefits are the best. 21 days vacation/sickdays ( they will take the day what ever you are missing a day for either vacation or sick day) , gym membership ... Further, HR is non existing dont even try to get help from them for anything just pretend is a company without it.
they have an accepted package but it is limited overall.
The benefits package is the best one I have personally seen at any company in Canada
