      stable position, low risk of layoff, paternity/maternity leave, nice office, good people but depends on the team

      Cons

      low perspectives for growing or transition, low premium at the end of the year, low attention of managers which results in some problems as you have to follow some corporate rules, surveys etc. you have to know for yourself
