Hopefully since you wrote this, you will have noticed some changes that have started to kick in. As well as the refurbishment that is well under way, the restructure that is coming in over the next few weeks should be better for our colleagues and our customers, that's why we are doing it.
To your points, there will be more variety of work for colleagues as we train more colleagues across all the skills.. Pay will be better and more transparent and it absolutely gives us more flexibility to serve our customers better. Will it all happen over night, no it won't. Will everything go to plan, no it won't BUT over time it will be better for colleagues and therefore customers.
Around 100 of your colleagues were involved in Focus groups to shape the new ways of working (you may have been one of them I don't know) but if you do have other suggestions I know the team are keen to hear them
