      Pros

      Working on a product that's used by lots of people. Opportunities to develop yourself with free trainings, conferences, talks, etc. Great office, lunch, coffee, friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      Product Management processes are not top class. Slow progress, slow decision making, interdependencies. A lot of (long term) sick leaves. A lot of legacy code that needs refactoring.
