More like a high school than a job - Senior Customer Service Representative Booking.com Employee Review

Very poor management structure. Their has been alot of changes to upper management which are causing alot of employees to look for work elsewhere. You're not required to take a drug test and alot of team leads clearly come into work under the influence. Team leads talk behind each others back to the agents. This compares to an high school with all the clicks and rumors.
