Pros

Clean, fun office environment. Free trips to Europe!

Cons

Have to start through a temp agency for the first few months at least. I hate the fact you don't know what hours/shift you will work until the last day of your classroom training. In my case I was assigned a 3rd shift (working 10pm to 6am)
