      Pros

      Good solid and steady company, lots of activities, they organize event for the teams and annual trips, every now and then they give you a gift and some extra days off.

      Cons

      They need to invest heavily in IT, too many bugs on a daily basis, salaries are not the best and you might end up stuck in the same role for years and years
