Pros

The company paid well and gave you the right resources to do your job, opportunities to grow

Cons

The company spouts family values and says you're valued and then sells 12 of the 14 existing call centers to a third party, effectively getting rid of hundreds of agents to be replaced by third-party temp agents that do the job badly. None of the pros are worth it.
